Cash purchases can close and transfer between 1-4 weeks depending on paperwork signed ready and when the buyer will have their funds available. Seller Financed purchases typically take between 2 days – 2 weeks and the buyer can receive the keys to move in or rent their unit out. We can help with renting it for the new owner and many customers do rent out their new property and use the rental income to pay towards the repayments hence getting the property paid for them. Developer purchases normally are paid in staged payments that align with the construction timeline and can transfer and take possession after construction completion.
